At TIM, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, lipsticks and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund at TIM's discretion.
TIM reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the above conditions.
